Coach James

I'm super passionate about sport and how it makes you feel. As a boy I played for Arsenal academy and have been training ever since. I'm a fully qualified FA Coach, Indoor Cycling Instructor, Fitness Coach Level 2 & Personal Trainer Level 3. 


You can't out train a bad diet. I love to cook and eat healthy food and will advise all my clients on good nutrition.
