It is vital importance that young players develop good 1 v 1 skills, this will make for a more dynamic player in the future. If it is a dream to become a football player, it is essential to receive 1-on-1 coaching. Approximately 80% of clubs focus on the team and not the individual development. As the great Pele said, "When you control the ball you control the game".

I have never used or been a fan of personal trainers, or one to one sessions. This was until I met James Males; he has completely changed and opened my eyes into different training techniques and sessions, which I would never have even thought of doing in the past, he has the ability to pitch them at the appropriate levels to stretch all types, from beginners to very experienced fitness experts. Coming from a football background I try to keep myself fit now I am in my early 40's. Four months ago, James started training me on a one to one basis. The improvement has been significant and my fitness levels and body weight has never been better. I can only compare his sessions to pre-season training of old. He is very honest and pushes you gently, making an improvement weekly rather than push you too hard at the start, so you don't want to go back and dread each session. One of the best PT's I've met, who mixes it up, so it's not mundane and boring which definitely helps. Paul Kelly - Fulham FC.

Having recently set up my own business, I found myself with less time and had fallen into a rut with the same workouts. I approached James to help me make the most of the time I had and to shake up my routine. He took the time initially to understand what I enjoyed and my goals and aspirations. James has been very accommodating to my busy schedule and has fitted in the workouts to suit me. Most importantly, he is constantly challenging and pushing me further than I thought I was capable of, and always makes our sessions different and enjoyable.
